Facilities

To use the facilitites at the MOFSC, you must have registered at the office. Facilities include:

Toilets/Showers
Galley
Bar
Ice
Swipe Card
Reciprocal/Visitor Pass

For the safety, security and consideration of all users, please note the following:

• Animals not permitted on jetties.
  
• Only the original nominated vessel is permitted to occupy the pen.
  
• Swimming & diving is prohibited in the marina other than in gazetted area.
  
• Skateboards, bikes, scooters etc. Not to be ridden on jetties.
  
• Living on board the vessel is not permitted (refer lo.b. policy)
  
• External sanding, grinding, painting cutting etc. Is prohibited.
  
• Underwater "brushing" of hull is prohibited within the marina.
  
• Rubbish to be taken to bin store. (solids only)
  
• Refuelling only permitted at the refuelling facility.
  
• Contractors require your pass key and your permission.
  
• Dinghies to be stowed aboard vessel.
  
• Comply with all speed restrictions within the marina.
  
• Visitors, invitees must be accompanied by a penholder.
  
• "For Sale" signs are not to be displayed on vessel.
  
• No pollutants including grey water to be emptied into the marina.
  
• Approved power cords must be used. (refer marina manager)
  
• No vessel shall overhang any walkaway.
  
• Finger jetties & walkways to be kept free of property, belongings at all times.
  
• Shackles are not to be used to secure mooring lines to cleats on floating pens.
  
• Mooring lines are not to traverse any vacant pen.
  
• Hoses are to be kept rolled up and in a neat manner.
  
• Crabbing or fishing in the marina is restricted to your immediate pen area.
  
• Report any matter of concern to the marina manager.
